Terms and conditions

1. What they apply to

These terms govern the use of the Panda Creativo Studio website (pandacreativostudio.cloud). They do not govern services you hire from us, which are agreed separately (see section 4).

2. Acceptance

By using this site you understand and accept these terms. There is no box to tick because the site asks for no registration or data. If you disagree with them, please do not use it.

3. Informational nature

The site’s content is for information only and may change without notice. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract. Scope, timelines and pricing are confirmed in writing (for example in a proposal or in the conversation on WhatsApp or by email) before any work begins.

4. Services and hiring

Panda Web, Panda AI and Experia are Panda Creativo Studio lines with their own sites. Hiring them is governed by the proposal or agreement made in each case and, where they exist, by the specific terms of each site. If they differ from these terms, the specific terms of the contracted service prevail.

5. Permitted use

You may browse and share the site for lawful purposes. You may not try to breach its security, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful activity, or use our contact channels to send spam or illegal or offensive content.

6. Intellectual property

The Panda Creativo Studio name and logo, the texts, design, illustrations, the panda scene and the site’s code belong to Panda Creativo Studio or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. All rights reserved: you may not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without written permission.

Third-party trademarks, such as WhatsApp or Google, belong to their owners. Experia is not affiliated with Google.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to WhatsApp and other sites. We do not control their content or conditions and are not responsible for them; their use is governed by their own terms.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site running continuously and without errors, but we do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, Panda Creativo Studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, its unavailability or reliance on its informational content.

9. Privacy and cookies

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy notice, and the use of cookies and local storage in the Cookie policy.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the competent courts of León, Guanajuato, Mexico, unless the law provides otherwise.
